We remodelled the layout for this project to enhance flow by relocating the staircase to connect the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, which now transition effortlessly into the lush private backyard.

This redesign required resizing the bathroom to fit the new stair placement and adding a convenient butler’s pantry and laundry.

We also adjusted the first-floor layout to create a master bedroom with an ensuite and built-in robes, two spacious bedrooms featuring robes, and a family bathroom.
