Harbour

For this project we maintained the charm of the old property at the front of the home, and then created a modern extension with a clear divide to provide open plan living, kitchen and dining space at the rear. The extension at the rear has high ceilings which created a large sense of space, to perfectly flow out to a covered alfresco area and new pool.

On the first floor addition we had the master suite with ensuite, walk in robe & home office, opening out to the rear yard so we could keep the facade charm with only a small window facing the street. 

To make the design process simple and seamless for the clients, were were able seek council approval through complying development, rather than having to seek DA approval which saved a lot of time and hassle.
