Completing a first floor addition and complete remodel of the ground floor meant this families home had a new lease on life. Their new kitchen now leads out towards their new terrace and pool – the perfect flow for entertainers. To top off the beautiful experience inside, we re-created a welcoming entry – including a new position, path and doorway. 

After a CDC Site Analysis the first floor addition was deemed permissible and DA approval was not needed in this case.
